We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our products and are only shipping to the continental United States.  

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How long will the delivery take?

Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 2 days excluding federal holidays.  You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your items have been shipped.  Depending on your location in the United States and your local USPS or USP, most domestic orders take anywhere between 2 and 10 days.

How are the shipping rates calculated?

All orders will be provided with a flat shipping rate based on the order's shipping weight and shipping address .
