Strawberry, dried fig, sugar, chipotle pepper, fresh lemon juice. Vegan. No pectin. No preservatives. Contains 3g sugar (2g added, 1g natural) per 1 tbsp. Serving. Also, please note that Trade Street Jams are very different from typical jams. They don't use pectin, thickeners, stabilizers or extra sugar to thicken our products (that's a good thing!).
